The Checkout Without Account module allows visitors to checkout online using their shopping carts and represents an alternative online checkout system for e-commerce stores. Checkout without account improves customer privacy as customer data are removed at the end of the online checkout process. During checkout only an information form is displayed for the billing and shipping address. Once the checkout form is populated. the system continues the regular checkout procedure where the visitor can select the payment processor and shipping carrier for an order. Orders are recorded normally but no accounts are maintained. Temporary information is session based and it is deleted once the session expires.
