HTML Email Templates creates easily, professional looking e-mails for e-shops. It utilizes the osCommerce framework by setting up insertion tags with the HTML content in the database or file. The email processing facility applies the email template along with the personalized options marked with special tags, generating the finalized version of the email for customer account creation, password recovery,simple email messages and in general for every email an e-shop sends out.

The module can also operate with the abstract zones, improving the overall marketing campaign of an e-shop, by setting up predefined promotional products and exposing them to the customer as part of the the email content. The merchant can setup the special tags with any portion of the HTML content. Custom personalized options are also available and the E-Mail templates module can be converted to operate with HTML files stored on the server (instead of the default operation where the templates are stored in the database).

E-Mail templates can be integrated both with the original osCommerce MS2.2 and the I-Metrics layer. HTML E-Mail Templates are also used for generating different layouts for different pages. The integration cost of the E-Mail Templates includes the HTML Editor with word-processor features.
